Yogurt Parfait

This simple recipe is packed with protein and antioxidants. It only takes a few minutes to whip up and you’re ready to start your day!

 

Ingredients:

3/4 cup plain greek yogurt

1/2-1 tablespoon honey

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

2 tablespoons granola

Fresh fruit of your choice


Directions:

Mix yogurt, honey, and cinnamon in bowl. Top with fruit and granola!
