Peanut Butter Protein Balls
I love making these! These are great before or after workout snacks. I am also notorious for eating some right before bed so the options are endless. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
2/3 cup crunchy peanut butter
1 cup oats
1/4 cup ground flaxseed
2 tablespoons chia seeds
2 tablespoons honey or agave
pinch of salt and cinnamon
1/2 cup chocolate chips (I use dark chocolate)
Directions:
Put all ingredients into bowl and mix until well combined. If dry add in more peanut butter and honey. Roll into balls and store in sealed container. This recipe makes 12 balls and are best stored in the fridge.
