Honey Baked Granola
This simple granola recipe can be made in under 30 minutes! It is a perfect addition to yogurt parfaits, and can even be eaten as cereal. Breakfast just got more fun.
I have been working on a granola recipe for quite some time now. The first time I made this recipe I baked it into oblivion, but it was still consumable! I am really proud of this granola because I was looking for a way to reduce my grocery bill and use items in my pantry to make foods I eat quite often.
The granola I usually buy is around $4 dollars from Aldi. By making my own granola at home I was able to use items I have in mass quantity in my pantry, and even double the amount of granola compared to what I would buy in store. I even saved my empty granola bags to put my homemade granola in; itβs all about sustainability!
Now for this recipe I used coconut flakes and dried cranberries, but you can use anything! It is all about what you have on hand, and what flavors you enjoy. When it comes to what nuts you want to use I highly recommend chopped walnuts, almonds, or pecans.
I hope you all give this recipe a try and tell me what you think!
And remember, food is a gift that we are meant to enjoy.
Have a blessed week!
