Peanut Butter Banana Oats
It’s 2020, we’re having dessert for breakfast. These naturally sweet oats are creamy and decadent. Get your day started right with this recipe!
I am a BIG fan of oatmeal whether it’s cold or warm. More recently I have been making overnight oats, but I decided to switch it up! I had bananas that needed to be eaten so I added some as a natural sweetener. I topped off the oats with creamy peanut butter and dark chocolate chips!
As I always say, get creative! Use items you have in your pantry; you don’t always need to go buy new ingredients. Cooking is about creativity and imagination. In many ways cooking and food is like art, so enjoy your creation and have fun with it!
